Nice Work from this Pilot, but my Work (Wing-Fence) are Damage :-(

Pilots are under tremendous pressure by airlines to maintain schedules and avoid diversions. This is a cut-throat industry with razer-thin profit margins. Ultimately though, the safety of the paasengers IS the pilots responsibility. Clearly the pilot took too much risk trying to land in such bad weather.
It is interesting to note that, as a whole, pilots who are top ranked with the most experience and training courses, have been involved in far more weather related accidents than junior pilots.

Bad pilot tryed landing in 55knot rated cross winds when the A320 limit is 35. Pilot was told other planes were diverting, but this cowboy tried anyway, at the risk of the passengers, himself, and the aircraft. It's amazing that the media can try say he is a hero. When every pilot knows he was a fool!
Are you even allowed to be there?
