This is really interesting experiment, I wanted to try it too :) Very interesting is to put colorful PET bottles on white LED diodes, especially when mineral water is inside. I wanted to make lamp with it - bottle with water, small compressor and LED as source of light => totally awesome bubble effect on walls!

Yes, the water looks fully functional, even if you put things with 6 light source on it into the water.
