@pboisei Really? I thought they didn't want people to do that. Way I understood it, they had the opposite view from Christians.  Christians will love you up until they're sure you won't convert but conversion to Christianity is easy and anyone can do it. I don't like it though because it seems TOO easy. When I said they'll accept ANYONE, I meant that I saw it as a problem. Believing that JC forgave their sins helps some people not be jerks anymore. But lots remain jerks also.

Anyway, it's pretty obvious to me that most Jews in US have a mixed heritage these days; a far cry from the full-blooded Middle Eastern root. Why is that so bad? @Tomislavv2 Not so. Jew #1 was Abraham - not born a Jew. He made a conscious decision to follow "the one and only God". It only became genetic thereafter due to the religion stipulating that no one should intermarry. Therefore if you can make a decision to become one (a Jew) why can one not make a decision to not be one?

Being Jewish is not reliiopus thing.Its genetic,ethnical origin.You can't leave the Jewish people if you are born Jewish,no matter what you think,you will always remain a Jew (for the world)
