Video instructions for brewing your own Beligian White Beer, which features the flavors of coriander and orange peel. This is my first all grain brew, so feel free to comment. I took the lazy approach and didn't sparge, and compensated with extra grain...enjoy!

  • Sorry, I don't know how to delete responses. My bad, one quart per pound of grain in the mash is correct. I retract my previous comment.

  • I think you mean one GALLON of water per pound of grain. One quart per pound would give you something like an 18% alcohol beer. Just a heads up.
