Description:
Though the name of this combination is Copa In and Out, there's so much more complexity and depth in this sequence that just a Copa. We begin with an unassuming cross-body lead into a reverse Copa. Ladies love to do Copas because it gives them the chance to style and use their hips to break in and out. From the reverse copa we go into an arm lock that the leader will use for the next move, a cross-body lead with his left turn into a hammerlock. Now, here comes the tricky part, the double barrel. This one is sure to pose a challenge to the speed of both the leader and follower. If successful, you will glide into the next move, an outside turn for the lady into a hammerlock. From there, we finish up with a Copa into a free spin and a nice 360. Give it a try!
