I guess being surrounded by music majors and confined to a music school building for years raised my standards a bit, but I hear plenty of out of tune finger placements and some chords with extra members that don't sound purposeful. Also, the vocals are totally out of character with the guitar; articulation has a place, and overarticulating your consonants in a studio setting (ie, not in a resonant environment, so the sound doesn't re-carry) can be less helpful than it sounds.
