I was a telemarketer and asking for their emplyee# or company# isn't going to help you, chances are they don't know that info, just say "please put me on your do not call list" it's simple, if you don't say that, they can keep calling. we have a list called a rebuttal list for everything unless you have us put you on that list. Anything else is a waste of your time. They don't give a rats ass what you say, they get paid to call you, so end it quick or deal. :)

Ask for their name, employee #, company 800 #, and tell them that the next call from their company will result in THEM not removing you from the list as you are DEMANDING they do NOW. If the company calls back, tale out 20 min of a boring dayoff at home and get their ass fired. Feel free to threaten by saying you have a lawyer on retainer, and that they are in violation of continual harassment on a private number. Works for me.
