ya this looks like it might be a video problem
may be interface board , video board on lcd tv

Did you transport it on it's back? If this is the case your television will have to be taken to a repair shop. Laying a plasma television on it's back/face causes delamination. Delamination is where the two plates that make up your screen seperate. You will probably need to have it replaced. Hope this helps.

man all these issues about these flat TVs worries me b/c they arnt as reliable as the tube TVs but my tube tv the remote sensor on the tv doesnt work and i dont even know if thats fixable or not, the brand is symphonic and its a 19 inch TV VCR combo
