@rollingklouds well, it is much less latin-papal than the word infidel. Infidel ultimately symbolizes in part one who breaks the trust, who rejects faith, who rejects fidelity. this is connected to truth, but truth as a promise. KFR is something different. It is concealment as such within which fits the subject. This is only my opinion.

You are right!!! The Dutch just loved the Indonesian culture so much, they wept in love and stayed in that country for 365 years. The Brits too, they loved the Hindu and Muslim cultures soooo much, that they couldn't leave for about 200 years.
