I learned somewhat Dutch from my girlfriend, she just told me, in the northern half of the Netherlands they have that awfull accent like that woman does, sounds like a throat disease. They call it the "hard G", sounds primitive. But they do not all speak like that, my girlfriend sounds very sweet and sexy ;-)
