  • what a douchebag

  • The dumbbells are irrelevant; his front and medial delts are supporting his arms to hold the weight up - he would be working his rear-delts the exact same if he were to drop the weight. LOL

    Nice front-delt isometric exercise, Scotty.

  • @Rinneby Why? =0

  • retarded showoff

  • If you're looking to simulate the rear deltoid machine you like to use, do Rear Delt Rows.

  • Scott is a cool guy for the most part, just don't get how he invents these type of exercises. And does he really have to make that chhhhh noise so loud? It's kinda annoying. Im not trying to be mean scott. But that chhh noise has to stop, im trying to help u out.

  • This is a little bit embarrassing. How can scott not take this video off? He clearly just invented his own exercise that does not hit the rear delts. It's like trying to do a lat pulldown by using dumbells performing a shoulder press type motion.

  • More traps and front delts.

  • it would work if you were on a incline bench but not how your doing it.

  • Great
