The video is how to throw the liver punch assuming you already made your man miss or have already sized him up or he has made a mistake, all this is assuming all factors are present and you're in position to throw it. It isn't boxing 101 or how to size a guy up for the liver punch or when to throw the liver punch or what to do before or after you throw the liver punch. Nice vid my dude

My point is exactly that, yeah sure you can do it on a bag but a bag has got no arms or legs to hit you back with so whats the point in posting this shite when the name "liver hook" tells you exactly what to do......Punch them in the liver...????!!!!

The video was not intended to represent that. You can't learn proper technique without practicing on the heavy bag. I had a few people ask about my hook to the liver so I responded. If you don't like it then go make your own video. :)
