This is the second video in a series about preparing a 1941 Plymouth for the Summer National Plymouth Club car show.

Music "The Entertainer" is used under license from SmartSound. It is contained on the album "Nostalgia."

In this episode, I show the progress to date, talk about restoring rubber running boards and preparing glass with laser etched bugs.

  • On the oil pan gasket its cork did you use a gasker sealer or not ?

  • @thomasuras The oil pan gasket is cork and I did use an RTV silicon sealant on it. I have not had an leaks (from the oil pan at least). I am sure there are a variety of opinions on this topic.

  • can you please tell me how to spell the place where you sent you running boards?

  • @lioneltrainzrock The running boards were done by Hunley Acuff. If you Google his name you will come up with HunleyAcuffRunningBoards (dot com). All of the information is there.

  • Great looking Plymouth! I'm just starting a restoration on a P11. Any advice on rocker panel replacement? How did you go about it?

  • @homeagainquick No real suggestions about how to do it. I will mention the issue in my next video. Thanks for the feedback on the video.
