Beth spinning "kite" poi at Balkan Camp, Iroquois Springs, NY, 2009

As part of a generalized "spinning" session (mostly hoops - everything from teaching beginners to skilled hoopers enjoying themselves to a variety of Balkan music), a couple of people were spinning poi. Here is one example.

Are those single or double strap poi?

No the straps she's holding on to, are double strapped, i figured it out. it means there are two loops on each poi.
