Yes, they are calledo SFO (Special Firearms Officers). Usually when there is a bomb Military are called out they got the equipment, but police (SFO only) can work along side SAS and Military!

Yeah true but A. these are not Anti-terror police. And 2 when Anti-terror raids are done they done by armed anti-terror officers. And most evidence is taken by military bomb squad or police bomb squad, whether it's papers or not..
