I was dissappointed by Outrage because, it felt too much like a generic yakuza movie. I think the problem with Outrage is that it seems to be missing Kitano's unique style, it didn't have his usual beauty or flow that makes his movies stand out from other japanese directors. If you like Kitano's films, you definately need to check out Sonatine, Boiling Point, and Kikujiro (also Battle Royale, he didn't direct it and has a smaller role but, it's amazingly moving and intense).

@labotamysausagedog I loved it! Kitano is a great director and actor. I also bought "Outrage". This is a must see as well!
