One of my eyes randomly swells up too. I keep a spoon in my freezer and press it on my eye when it's swollen- it helps quite a bit!

You might want to change your mascara, my eyes did that when I tried Loreal mascara and my doctor told me to start using Hypoallergenic mascara .... and WAHLAH! Everything's better(:
