This song is from "The Final Cut". It was meant to be Roger Waters' first solo album. Unfortunately, the record label insisted on releasing it as a Pink Floyd album, creating a dispute that ensured no more "true" Pink Floyd releases. On the back of the album it says "By Roger Waters. Performed by Pink Floyd". Gilmour and Mason were little more than hired hands showing up to perform on a handful of tracks. Gilmour shares vocals on "Not Now John", but that's it.

@davesheehan07 you are mistaken. this song was released on Pink Floyd's final album with Roger, "The Final Cut". and i may be wrong but i believe this song does not appear on the album you mentioned.
