OHSET State 2006 Drill Team performance

Our Drill Team for OHSET performs at State :D Note the part where we screw up big time, and one of our parents says "I don't think they heard that whistle...!". Yeah. We didn't.

My dad took the video. I'm the one on the little dark pony. High School name removed intentionally.

If you need songs and don't end up using this one, I'd recommend some of the others we used/considered/other teams have used: You Give Love a Bad Name - Bon Jovi, Jump - Van Halen, Hick Town - Jason Aldean, Mony Mony - Billy Idol, Paralyzer - Finger Eleven and Crazy Train - Ozzy Osbourne are all great songs for drill :D Good luck picking, and PM me if you need more ideas!

hey good job! my friend is on the rodeo of the ozarks rounders, have you ever heard of them??? there really good to! you have alot of really intricate moves, i liked it alot, do you guys ever go faster? anyway really awesome job! i didnt even notice you mess, up haha

hey! no i haven't heard of them, but i'll look them up. :)

thanks! our coaches Nick & Jane wrote that drill for us.. they're awesome at choreography. as for going faster, we did in the years after this (especially the next year... we wrote a 5:30 drill and ran it in 4:00 flat! :O! ), but this year we had a couple slower horses on the team, so we slowed down to accommodate :]

Don't feel weird! I don't own mine, it's just a lease. Several of the people on our team last year didn't own their own horses, or at least if they did, they didn't ride their own horses for every event. We have great coaches, though, and they + other members lent many, many horses around the team :)

Rainy (the pony) was actually one of the fastest! It took me forever to get her to rate enough to keep her in the pattern. She wasn't as fast this year though XD

I didn't see where you messed up, so chances are neither did the judge. Good job! ;) Thats one thing I like about OHSET....Almost every event centers around the expo and drill is always in the Compton arena. Thank god it's not the Isola....The speakers in that one fail badly. :/
