Well he put up good numbers running behind one of the worst O-Line's in the NFL. Good runningback who reminds me of Ricky Watters. He's versitle and he can make you miss.

U cant Compare him to Barry Sanders. Sanders record should be a few hundred yards better, but back then they did not count all the games to the stats. If they did Smith Would not have come close. Smith is a good back. I'm intrested in how he is going to do.

kevin is the best RB comming out the 08 nfl draft he was 6 0r 2,3 yards away of breaking barry sanders rushing yards in collage he hadover 2,500 yards one season one year one man wat more can u aks for hes a beast he will have the best solid carrer out of the draft i cant wate to he takes his first snap for the lions hes amazing..i didnt for get Mc fadden but look wat smith did this season he sould of been draft way higher than he was but fell right in to the lions hands in the third round..

hey samg u are a moron... he had 2600 yards... how many carries did u think he did it on 100??? dipshit so what he had 450 carries its still over 5.5 ypc so what the hell are you talkin about... it just shows how durable and tough he was to be able to take all them carries and not miss one game... idiots

definatly a beast.... 2600 yards rushing... he would have had 1600-1800 easy in any sec or big ten school... 6-1 217 and is a gym rat and can cut on a dime has 4.4 speed and great vision... 24k all day baby

If this man was at USC, Texas, LSU or some other big program, he has Top 5 pick all over him. I really think Chicago should have took him over Forte, and hate to say it, but Steelers should have got him instead of MEndenhall....

Seriously though, he ran a 4.4 at Pro Day and had the second fastest time at the combine in the 3-cone drill.
