Well, I think that some people just don’t do their assignments well.lol
By the way, you mentioned about Managing Emotions… Managing emotions is not an easy thing to do. I think that great support from family and friends can really help a lot in this kind of stressful situation. What do you think? Prayers also…
This is really a wrong notion and it could lead to more binge eating habits because of seclusion. What’s with not watching emotional movies? Is this really for real? I think that it’s not yet April Fool’s to be spreading info like this one.
Thanks for the clarification! I was just researching about binge eating disorder and stumble upon your video. Understanding binge eating disorder is easy but once you have this disorder yourself, it’s definitely a challenge! Anyways, thanks for sharing your experience! You’re a strong woman to have come out of the open and share your personal struggles with BED.
Keep up the good work!!! You’re really an inspiration to a lot of people out there.
By the way, I know that emotions play a vital role in making a person susceptible to BED, but do you think genetic could also be a factor? What if my mother had a history of binge eating disorder? Is there a big chance for me or my daughter to have BED as well?
Yeah, I agree that a lot of our activities are based on our emotions. We can’t just say stay away from emotional people or stop watching emotional movies because it’s not normal. It’s really impossible to do!!! I guess, some people are just saying things without thinking it over. It’s easier said than done, huh…
By the way, you mentioned something about “Managing Your Emotions—Inner Self Talk”, can you recommend some good websites that talks about managing emotions?
