Roaming with IPv6 in 3G networks. While roaming in Japanese 3G operator Softbank I connect to my home operator TeliaSonera in Sweden to get my IPv6 connection to Internet. I do this in real operator networks using a off the shelf Dell laptop with 3G module. I just works! ... and it is native IPv6 access. The pinging is going to www.google.com at IPv6 address 2001:4860:a003::68 as the DNS server used for relsolving is part of the IPv6@google initiative.

  • @TECHBOY300 no he won't...LOL

  • you can get arrested

  • When roaming in Japan you might find 2001:4860:c004::68 quicker. 2001:4860:a003::68 is one of the European clusters (2001:4860:a005::68 being the other).
