1.Open the software. During the day, computer screens look good—they're designed to look like the sun. But, at 9PM, 10PM, or 3AM, you probably shouldn't be looking at the sun.so this software make easy your work.

2.Change the location (your country)...............then click on locate then it open a website then write your country in search box and hit go!
then below in dialog box it show u a control just copy it and paste it in box and click ok.

3.And it also contain manual settings do according to your taste if u not like software recomended settings.
