@NKLSo9 Well, mine are basic comsumer level boxes. Hopefully mine won't explode quite so dramatically.

@bruvvamoff Well, pretty much the exact same thing happened to ours. It looked like someone took a torch to the aluminum housing, which was friend so hardcore that it had turned to paper thin flakes... *yikes!* On ours, the PA assisting grip had left the two spreaders closed over the light, and the heat built up inside the metal case like a small oven, causing the light to melt and the filament to arch - which is what that blue light is on your video.

That scared me a little, I had it on max volume coz I could hear shuffling, then boom bang!
Was it a bulb dying or more serious?
