Its just a Derecho cloud. Doesn't look like it developed all the way.

I live in Island Lake, and it was a disaster. The telephone poll across the street from me snapped in two, and my neighbor ended up with a huge tree in her bedroom. There were enormous broken branches and fallen trees blocking the roads, and storm salad everywhere.

as scary as it looks, it really wasn't that bad. just a lot of rain, and nothing else. it was pretty bad crossing from Wisconsin into Illinois, but then it dissipated.
