By about now im level 13 with about 2300 zombies killed because i wasted time looking all over the place for that dang book store.

@MrPs3l Well it's never outright stated, but it's very strongly implied that she was about to sexually assault them in some way. Watch her cutscene again and look closely at her conduct with the hostages. I think she even traces the curve of one woman's thigh with her nightstick.

Cliff, Jo, and Kent are all human bosses on the 360 version. You only fight them once. Jo is a lesbian cop who has captured a bunch of women to rape, Kent is a rival photojournalist who tries to turn another person into a zombie to take a picture, and Cliff is a Vietnam war vet who went into a war flashback after seeing his granddaughter eaten alive by zombies.
