Hedge fund has more values than that (not regulated at the moment, not restricted by any strategy as long as able to maximise returns etc etc). Its just that its not mentioned in the video and that made the video incomplete.

Shouldn't you also mention the reason for charging performance fee? I wouldn't invest in hedge fund if that was the difference given to me.

This video is not meant to promote hedge funds - just define what they are on a basic level.
Also - hedge funds are regulated in dozens of ways based on what they invest in, where they are based, etc. They are regulated through anti-money laundering laws, security-based laws, etc. These are all issues which take another 5-10 minute video to explain in themselves and our team is not looking to provide legal advice within video or other form.
