Here is PictureFlow, a Qt application, running fullscreen on an HTC Touch.

The HTC Touch is running Windows Mobile 6.0 and has a 200 MHz ARM processor, and runs in 240x320 (QVGA)

For the code check out: http://ariya.blogspot.com/2007/10/pictureflow-on-real-device-or-coverflow.html

And for the Qt/WinCE technology preview go to: http://trolltech.com/qt-wince

  • Check the "About this video" field. There is a link to the code. You gotta compile Qt/WinCE and then the application to get it working - maybe I'll put a static binary so it gets easier for people to run it :)

  • Actually, Apple nor "Stev Jobs" invented cover/picture flow. An independent programmer created it and Apple bought it. Just like the LG Prada phone, except they didnt pay LG. Google steelskies coverflow. Apple has nice amenities not because they invent it but because they buy/borough the most innovative technologies out there. Not a criticism just a fact.

  • who needs steve jobs?
