I had an incredible dream the night of listening to this. In the dream I finally stood up for myself and told off people who were constantly judging me. However, within the same dream I came to realize that the people around me weren't actually saying anything at all. My perception was that all eyes were watching, judging & commenting. When I changed perspective I realized the people around me weren't saying anything at all. Very powerful discovery!
