People never stop asking me what I eat; so I tried to find something neutral. http://www.facelessfatloss.com Beware that cheeze does not work for everyone...

Note that this is RAW food! Enzymes intact, and all the nutritional power of the food with zero heat applied. Spinach immediately loses a certain portion of its incredible nutritional value once you heat/cook it.

Especially for women: If you are iron deficient, as can happen with the monthly cycle, etc, spinach is "the" way to get extra iron. Toss the pills. Your body wants REAL WHOLE FOOD!

And on that note, it is my opinion that NO ONE, except those who have a serious and confirmed iron deficiency, should be taking iron supplements. And supplements of iron should only be taken under the care of a professional who can monitor the results. The food sources will be plenty to obtain the necessary iron, since iron overload can also be a very serious and damaging concern.

  • From what ive seen the organic foods actually have vitamins and all that the non-organic foods tend to be lacking in. Just compare the two people and you will see a clearly big differance between organic and non-organic foods. Plus there is always the pestiside issue and the issue that many of the non-organic foods are genetically modified foods which are not anywhere near the real thing. If anyone has ever seen or ate a wild strawberry you can see this they are as small as a blueberry.

  • @zizzyzam Thanks for the comment! But let me be sure and point out, so that everyone is aware: Unfortunately, "organic" does not *always* mean that it's also non-gmo. Please research this yourself people, and simply be aware of it when you choose your organic foods. Sadly, there are loopholes in this area. :(

  • @facelessfatloss Yes, sadly you are correct. Where can I get some of that magnesium oil you talked about in one of your videos? Does it work a lot better than epsom salt?

  • @zizzyzam The magnesium oil is wonderful for bringing about regularity, along with a LOT of other benefits that people really notice. Go to magnesoothe and put my name, facelessfatloss, in the coupon code for a discount on any of their really great products (I use their MagnesootheMax as a deodorant, see my other vid). They're a terrific company and I use almost everything they have daily, the magnesium being a long-time favorite, the relaxation effect being the most awesome benefit.

  • There are no benefits of organics!

  • Of course there are. Massive ones. Lack of pesticide residue alone. Back your stance and I'd be happy to debate it!
