Storm over Wolverhampton, UK, 23rd Sept, 2010

Storm I recorded tonight (23rd Spet, 2010) using my mobile phone camera. The thunder/lightning storm was one of the worst I have seen in these parts for many, many years. The thunder claps were like explosions, and that is NOT exaggerating. The whole house shook from the violent thunder claps.

Best one's to watch out for - 0:02, 1:02, 2:35 and 4:50

The claps are that loud they distort the camera image and sound. You can also here the house rattle.

If you freeze it at 4:56 you actually see the strike. I was at work up Sedgley when this was on so couldnt get any video. I couldnt believe all the constant lightning and no rain up there.

One of the best storms ive seen in years, Im in Willenhall just down the road. Thunder so loud you felt it in the floorboards!!!!

Hey, i got a recording of the storm on my channel as well, i only got the brewing stage though :( missed out on basically the whole of the storm - howver i managed to film some rather nice lightning :)

Yeah I'm in a summer house And I think I nearly Sh*t my self :P The loudest I've ever felt & herd in the Uk.
