froufroulover4's friend... the piano overpowered her sound way too much. i could barely hear her. it sounded like she didnt get the timing quite right a few times. but still amazing! shes like 10x better than me now :P

Because of the fact that she's nine,all I have to say is Woah....I couldn't do that at her age,that's for sure.But still,she's a major looser,pushed around by her parents to 'be the best' and stuff like that.Because you have to go all the way through Sevcik and Kreutzer and all the stuff that will be the base for your tehnique.And she probably won't play well in the future.It won't be easy for her that's for sure

imho, there is much to be learned from taking on a challenge, just as there is in learning to perfect something simple. learning a piece of music is ongoing and evolves over time. we revisit pieces often as we learn what quality is and how to achieve it. it's certainly a journey. congratulations to Esther and best wishes for her road ahead.
