@langford2002 It's not even really by state, but rather what trail you are riding on. EX: my local trail wont let you ride anything over 90cc until your turn 16, then you can ride anything.

I am surprised how quick this thing gets to 40, but a little surprised how long it takes to get from 40-60. Does the cvt top out at 40ish, then pull "high gear" to 60? I would imagine on twisty, rocky dirt roads the performance envelope is spot on.

That is just part of the stock roll cage that came on the 2009 and 2010 RZR-S. UTV Inc makes these for other models that didn't come from the factory with them.

Drivers license or license plate? Mine isn't technically street legal, so it doesn't have a plate...but you can make them street legal here in Michigan, in which case you would need a license plate and drivers license. For off road use, I don't believe you need a drivers license...I think you just have to be at least 16 to drive them...but that may vary by state.
