  • I have been shooting high velocity ammo through my M4 Ops with the bolt speed set in the standard position. I went to adjust it for high velocity ammo and the bolt never seemed to come to a stop when screwing it clockwise. Is the bolt supposed to go down a good distance or is the number of turns from standard to high velocity minimal?

  • @DallasMavsfan41 I asked one of our gun service people and they said the following: "The bolt spring adjustment screw (hex head) should be set to flush as a starting point. From there turn this bolt spring adjustment screw 9 complete revolutions clockwise for optimum performance."

  • can you fire 22 blanks from the weapon?

  • @luke2840 .22 RF blanks will not feed from the magazine and as a result will not work action in semi auto.

  • I just bought one today and I have questions, I open the receiver without unloosen the flash supressor. I turned the screw to adjust for High velocity, but after many turns it wasn't stop. Is that oK? After you adjust for high velocity round do you need to tight the flash supressor again?

  • @teng27 You only need to turn the adjustment screw in 9 revolutions from the flush setting and you will need to re tighten the muzzle break.

  • mine has always had trouble feeding ammo but i found what works from others, but itll still jam 2-3 time a 30 round clip any suggestion ,becausse it is getting tiresome firing 5 shots and haveing a jam

  • im 18. i notice it has a pistol grip. could i still legally buy one?

  • can you put a suppressor on this gun?

  • @mrmitro well first off its umarex not colt, second, colt makes some of the best guns in the world so there is that.

  • Fuck colt bullshit

  • @gunsite308 It does two things. It tells you that there is no ammunition in the gun and more importantly your bolt doesn't have prolonged contact with the chamber which could result in rusting or slight cohesion of the metals.

  • @gunsite308 see my new vid shooting it. i have a playlist called real gun videos. and my latest two real gun vids i use this gun and do magazine exchanges etc. it performs awesomely and i never had one round jam ever.

  • i bought this gun and i have used it a few times and it is awesome. i will post my video from today using this gun. i love it. thanks and this vid helps a bunch for cleaning. peace from mt hood oregon

  • A bit more complex from cleaning a AK5

The pins stick to the rifle and there is no bolt buffer or bolt stop to take away.

you dont have to lock the bolt open (to lock the bolt you dont need a magazine).

Also you dont have to loosen the flash suppressor.

Is it just me or is the AK5 more safe and simple to handle?

  • the inside of this rifle is whacko.
