This is an amazing treatment. My chiropractor/sports medicine guy did this for my ankle after about 7-8 weeks. And I have more range of motion and way less pain. I also pay close attrition to what he is doing and wear he is doing. And use coco butter "grease" (stuff that comes in the jar) and the butt end of a butter knife, so I don't have to make him rich to make me feel better. I'm back to playing hockey with little to no pain.

would this work with any metal instrument? maybe like the back of a butter knife, and doing it to my own ankle?

@NinjastarDude The patch is not that strong enough to restore your ankle. But I would, advice you use the cream base product... and also you can purchase volcano oil gel at mauiexcellent.
