iTunes 7.0 deletes my files

Please be careful -- iTunes 7.0 might delete files and folders in your music folder, even if you have switched off automatic management! This turns really nasty if you have accidently set the music...

For you my best bet is to find a program to do just that, for I i'm looking for the same thing. Itunes has sneakely deleted 200+ songs off my fucking itunes!!!!!!!!!! If anyone has any advice please let me know. I'm thinking about updating the itunes but I have a 30gb video ): Meaning, i'm sure, I have to spend money on buying a new one

just Winamp to manage your iPod. it's easier than iTunes and doesn't delete your music

I'm with you man ill split a murder charge, they have deleted to much of my music. Every one report this to itunes by placing feed back.

itunes is a mother fucking piece of goat shit softwere. when i fucking say sync my fucking music is fuck lies and says sync complete when it didnt fucking do anything! and it fucking deletes stuff on there when i want to add stuff. fuck u steve jobs u mother fucker

Yes it does i use a mac and i lost quite a few cds, [i was forced to download these cds though, cause after i bought them itunes refused to allow me to import them so i downloaded them all haha]
