very nice!u can say it's cartoon style.I don't think it's an Anime! anime eyes tend to be bigger,and the nose and mouth both smaller!this is more realistic. but u did an awesome work! 5/5

If you are referring to the High-Key remark he said, he means on the color palette I believe. Low-key is has alot black in the color, while High-key has alot of white to it. Cranberry and Pink are examples of low key and high key colors. So he meant half way past neutral, meaning towards the white. Hope that makes any sense Im half asleep right now.

what did you mean by paint w/ 50%? (50% opacity?) and are you painting on a screen layer?

I always enjoy watching you draw. But you should change your title which is misguiding.

Anime is the japanese word for animation, or animation that was produced in Japan. And that's not the case here. I also think that the style is more American then it is Japanese.
