This traditional Thai recipe for stirfried spinach with chillies, garlic, oyster sauce & yellow bean sauce has loads of great flavors - spicy, salty and sweet. It takes only moments to prepare and cook and is a favorite at dinner parties. You can see this Thai recipe and many others on www.cheftummy.com under the TUMMY TALES & BLOG tab.

  • If you can't find Thai water spinach, try using baby spinach with the small leaves - it is less bitter than the adult or larger spinach.
