@gintherlover All of you must wake up and get out of the mind-set that you are subjects. PLEASE!!! The people individually waking up and educating themselves is truly our only hope to preserve this great experiment and Republic. Whenever ANYBODY (usually some official) tells me I must obey "the law", I simply counter with "where's the jurisdiction?" As long as I am not causing injury, they NEVER have an answer to that question. No jurisdiction, no subjection.
@gintherlover And don't be fooled by the word "sovereign", which is being used to smear individuals and groups who are being propagandized as dissenting "nut-cases." Let me give you an example of who uses the words "people" and "sovereign" correctly: "...at the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people; and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects...with none to govern but themselves..."[CHISHOLM v. GEORGIA] U.S. Supreme Court
@gintherlover Any man/woman born or naturalized in any of these united republics (states), are NOT subject to federal law, state law, any code, or any regulation. You cannot be. Are you subject? The King has subjects. When did we get a king, ruler, dictator, overlord, etc.? I don't care if the supposed dictator is one guy or a group of guys, I am not subject, I am a free American. A free American is subject only to lawful prosecution by another one of the people. (Suit at law)
Since 7.4.1776, the people have been free and sovereign, individually and collectively. On or about 9.17.1787 we the people, as sovereigns, ordained and established a corporate trust, commonly known as the U.S. of A. to serve the people. The people are, and always have been self-governing. We the people, the creators, are neither subject to the constitution nor any laws or agencies thereunder. Unless you individually consent to be. But, as sovereigns, we can change our mind anytime anywhere.
Never assume a law is unconstitutional on it's face, many laws are passed under the regulatory authority of article 1 section 8, "the commerce clause" although not blatantly. Because congress has the right to regulate commerce it can also prohibit forms of commerce that it deems detrimental to society, like prostitution, cocaine, etc.
the thing that should be asked is "is this law constitutional AS APPLIED TO ME" because each individual may have an exemption for many reasons.
see George Gordon . org for more information of how to not participate in the income tax LEGALLY by expatriating your citizenship removing all your benefits and refraining from using Commercial notes, that are regulated under Article 1 Section 8.
Slavery was legal, is still legal, and always will be legal, even after the 13th amendment, the distinction after the thirteenth amendment is how slavery can come about. the thirteenth amendment prohibited commercial slavery, it also prohibited slavery by way of conquest, but knowledgeable and consensual slavery is still allowed, this is under your right to contract, and currently the bankers are working as hard as they can to convince you to knowledgeably consent to their contracts!
crookshank is the case to be looked at, just expatriate your citizenship under the frauds statute and live off the land you already own privately purchased with gold and silver not with commercial notes.

Wickard v. Filburn 317 US 111 "it is hardly a lack of due process for the government to regulate that which it subsidizes"
Don't participate in Social Security, Income Taxes, citizenship "see crookshank" or any government program, and retain all your rights.

So a group of men can claim a territorial monopoly on the defense of my rights because they said so?
