Practicing the strategy of doing five sets of 6/6 in three minutes to complete the five minute snatch test (thanks to Andrew Read, RKCTL). The initial two minutes would be two sets of 10/10. The pace has been kept slower on the advice of RKC Faizal Enu and MRKC Mark Reifkind. I have also tried to keep up my gaze with straighter lockouts.

  • Good work here. Your pacing is on point. Master RKC made a great statement at the RKC in San Diego last month. He asked us, "What do they call the person who finishes the snatch test in 4:58? An RKC". Excellent improvement
