An early-to-intermediate rehab exercise following shoulder injury, especially rotator cuff. Keep It Simple and this will help rehabilitate the rotator cuff mechanism to restore its sequential action. The exercise help to fill the gap that is often left between passive, (eg pendulum type), and mor eactive strength training.
