This are some images of Angola. Angola it´s in Peace now , and it´s time for us to show the world that Angola it´s not only about misery , Oil and Diamonds. Angola has a rich Culture, beautiful turistic places with gorgeous land sights, and most of all , an extremely friendly people (like most African people 2) :). I hope that this might help choose Angola for a vacation destiny in the future people. This a small contribution i´m trying to give to my country. I know it´s not much, but it´s a good start :). With the background songs, "loango" by Gerson and Maiuca Marta, and "Mufete" by André Mingas, here´s a litle bit of my country. ANGOLA

  • Nice video. I enjoyed the photos and the music was wonderful. I'm from the island of Saint Lucia in the Caribbean. Most of us are of African descent. I really hope that peace and progress continue in Angola and that the development of people is placed centrally. The first black nobel prize winner outside of the peace prize was Sir Arthur Lewis, born in my country. He is credited to have said "the fundamental cure to poverty is not money but knowledge."

I really hope to visit Angola some day!

Portugal didn't do anything for Angola but to use the country to in rich themselves by starting a slave trade. Those days are long gone. Now portugal has it's hands out for help from Angola because Portugal is now bankrupt. In Lisbon, Portugal Angolans are the main group with the money now. Talk about your servant is now your master.

  • l to say that ?
