I was able to run my T-Maxx in the Titusville Oil Festival Parade. It's the second parade I've been in with my T-Maxx. The Route was two miles long and I only flipped three times. This was the 149th anniversary of the first successful oil well drilled by Colonel Edwin Drake, near Titusville, PA. Next year is the big 150.
Man, that's cool, Imma run my Revo 2.5R on the next Canada day parade :)

I miss Titusville. I've lived there for 20 years (I'm 28 now), now I currently live in England for the next 3 years. Nice T-maxx by the way! I would have LOVED to drive my Jato down the street and not have Officer Dilley give me hell for it! Looks like fun.

i see next time i go 2 the hobby store im gonnan ask 4 thicker gears mine are .8
jessiejames2012 3 years ago
sorry about the delay, yes, that definately can happen. I've seen things about different gear tooth thicknesses that you can get. If I was going to guess I would say you could have mod .8 size (I'd say that's an average for a lot of hobby grade stuff) and should look into mod 1 size. I'll see if I can find anything else about too.

right but what if its so powerful its rips the teath of is that possible?
jessiejames2012 3 years ago
well, speed depends on your motor, gearing, and batteries, so you can pretty easily make something slow (30mph) go fast (60+mph, as long as it is hobby grade), but remember you also need lots of space to use all that speed.

well, try to keep a good mesh, and you probably need to gear down some if your motor is over heating that bad
