I'M GLAD SHE'S HEALTHY BUT. . .real problem is addictive personality ie. all carb nocarb all protien no protien its sad. KNOW THYSELF 12 step program helps so many issues good luck to her.

She's one of the major success stories on the Medifast website for losing 170lbs. I'm not doubting her results here with the Miracle Ph Program, I'm just confused as to which one brought her the total over-all success that she's claiming.

Dr Young has a great point. I lost kilos. Consider the following: body and mind are one. This means poluting body, is poluting mind. Other factors that make you gain health in just 3 DAYS: half an hour of sport, an hour of stress management like meditation and positive visualization. This will completely transform you and eliminates disseases that were so called genetical. Genes can be deliberately changed. Remember the bees? Only those who ate the honey from the queen became a queen. Happy 2u!

Is fat like goose fat or organic ghee extremely acidic? I mean if I ate veg, for example with fats would this give me a high acid burden?

All municipal water supplies are extremely acidic from the chlorine and chemicals added to it. Culligan water is slightly alkaline. Also, take a look at all the foods you eat and check to see if they are acidic or alkaline. All meat and dairy products are extremely acidic, not to mention the the fat, cholesterol, and mercury. It is also a good idea to have your mercury metal fillings removed. Mercury fillings lower body temperature and slow down your metabolism.

fruits and vegetables are pretty much the only alkaline foods. It's just another reason why they are the best for us.
