hippynz, have a think about who told you about them tonnes and that destruction you describe. Then have a listen to my video 1080 Poison Ground Zero. Do you really believe what you said is the reality on the ground in places like Otira?

@TrakaBat 1080 does kill everything it is a broad spectrum poison, it does not pick and choose its victims. And them tonnes left in rivers mixes with the water to kill the insects fish eat.

i've just noticed this guy has gone on to every single one of Trakabat's videos and rubbished them - smacks of not being interested in the facts or another view.
I read in the paper the other day that the anti1080 element had tried to threaten a chopper pilot in Southland, and even tried to sabotage it!!? is this the work of reasonable people?

tracka bat, how about u get some real footage of these out of controll pests..... they are all in low numbers and the nz bush has grown into an inpassable jungle, nz needs more deer goats tahr ect to eat the native bush as the moa did for thousands of years, nz bush is supposed to be eaten, how mamy moa were there 1000 years ago? the deer &possum population only eat a fraction of what the moa did

@TheTamaiti - check my other videos. NZ doen't need more introduced species like deer, goats etc, it has got plenty. Prove what you say about moa.

@TrakaBat A Doc worker like ursel should no that the nz bush was heavily browed by the moa Yes they ate native bush, a few deer and and goats are not gunna worry the nz bush

And which Doc computer hacked Wikipedia and removed information again. That's fact. google it and see who the activists really are.. And who just wrote to the english film festival viciously degrading grafs and wanting PARADISE LOST withdrawn..yes an activist pro 1080 .Named and fact. @gunnaterry I did Google it and big surprise, nothing. Poisoning Paradise is not a balanced video, it has serious inaccuracies, and it does not present the problem that NZ faces. Nor does it acknowledge that without 1080 populations of native birds will be destroyed.
