Ace of Spades - Charem's Tower

I've been really enjoying Ace of Spades lately. It's been termed as 'Minecraft with guns, and that's fairly accurate; it's a squad-FPS with a capture-the-flag premise, and also the ability to build and destroy much like Minecraft (just simpler). Of course, the biggest draw Ace of Spades has to me is that I can actually play it on my weak computer, unlike Minecraft.

I always do like to build things in games like this, and I tried numerous times to create interesting things in Ace of Spades...but some troll always came over and broke whatever I was making. Finally though, I got a bit smarter and just ran my own build-only server to play in.

This video is a quick run-through of my server, mostly to show off the tower I had spent hours building. Sadly, trolls attacked my structure yet again, but I was able to capture its full grandeur all on this video right before that happened. ;3 Take that, trolls.

Sadly, the trolls had already destroyed most of the other structures on the map (which had been built by other builder-people who had joined my server and pitched their efforts in as well), but I check out a few things still standing after going through my tower.

This isn't a terribly exciting video I suppose (except for a couple tower jumps!), but I'm happy to have showcased all the numerous hours of digital sweat and blood I had put into my project. ^^

My voice is the one describing the server and buildings. The deeper voice is my friend Dennis, who kindly held my video camera for this recording. Without his assistance, I wouldn't have been able to record and explore at the same time.

Now the question simply is...what to build (and showcase) next? (Feel free to offer some ideas!)

nice video charem, but i think ill stick to minecraft seems ive done so much work on my castle and around the server, but its intresing how u can get guns on there, clearly there must be a wider and stronger range of enemys

I remember playing with my school friends on this. I was like OH MAN MINECRAFT WITH GUNS |3 But it still proved to be quite fun after I got the hang of things

@charemthecharmeleon in the top left theres a spade, a pick axe and what apires to be a shotgun, and your friend who jumped off also seemed to be holing a gun of some kind.
