Absolutely - check out my latest video of "Spring Summer 2009 Makeup Trend". About half way in to the video I give a detailed description of how to put on liquid eye liner. I use a brush but the same technique can be translated into a felt tip liquid liner.

I know this video is old, but the way that you said "look straight ahead, eyes open, dont tilt your head....." THAT IS WHAT I NEEDED!!! ALLELUIA! THAT is what i am was doing wrong! Thank God for makeup gurus on youtube! :)

I never knew you could get this kind of a crease effect with a pencil, so I am pretty stoked!!!!
