Fuck that, you InR techs are fucking lazy as fuck, you guys are so used to having easy repairs that when you get to a Uverse install and have to replace the drop, you guys have a heart attack and start bitching and making up excuses why you can't run a new one, and they you wonder why you guys are being surplused every quarter.

@95ffd Thanks brother. I speak from the heart as a Prem Tech in saying you guys do save our asses and I am very grateful you guys actually know what the hell's going on. All things considered, we can be completely lost due to the company not willing to train us properly and you guys have shown us SO MUCH that a lot of us are better techs for it. Bless you guys.
Easy guys, I'm an I&R tech. I support you guys 100%. I think you get crapped on daily. The only reason I'm not perfect on uverse helper tickets, I spent 4 days in a class with a boring ass instructor who read word for word from the book, then my ride alongs consisted of going on 2 jobs with a tech. That was it. I do everything I can to help you guys. Hang nids, run new drops, punch the customer for being an ass clown.....
