Mont Blanc climb during June 2011. Despite lots of fresh snow and high winds early in the week, we managed to get to the top on our last day in fantastic conditions (if a bit windy and flippin freezing). We set off from Bellvue at 5:15 pm, reached the Gouter hut at about midnight, rested for 3 hours, then reached the summit at about 8:45 am. Back down to Bellvue for a beer and the last cable car to Les Houches by 5:15 pm. Best trip ever!
