these versions are incredible even better then the album versions if you ask me :D

@DogSwede1 "I got no money, I got no place to go" was not included in the definitive version! So I agree with you when you say this is a rare track!
Can you please tell me what are the next two verses after that?

Ahhh, I thought as much. Not to be nit pickin' but maybe it should read "previously unreleased". Not a big deal either way really. It's just great music period. Thanks for posting it !



I don't understand the "unreleased material" you mention...Southbound and Setting Me Up, I know was released on their first album.

These are demos recorded only months after Dire Straits was founded.
